Jake was training at ELLË Football Academy since its commencement. He had the opportunity to participate in the German Training Experience in 2017. He has been selected to stay at the EFA partner Academy in Germany for 4 years.
Jake was progressing as a Goalkeeper at another Sydney Academy. When he had joined ELLË, coaches had assessed Jakes skills as requiring further improvement. However, Jake showed tremendous character and focus and his parents were reporting many hours of deliberate practice in his backyard reflecting his passion and drive to chase his dream. Jake joined the Academy with the firm objective to improve his skills. His dedication to improve helped him to achieve consistently high scoring assessment results and improvement in his decision-making.

They teach players not to be selfish but to make the correct decisions and to always scan your shoulder. They also teach you how to beat a player and where to play the ball at the right time.” The coaching staff always observed in Jake a great acceptance of the feedback and determination to apply the coaching points.
ELLË Academy teaches you how to beat players to beat opponents on 1v1s and how to deal with any situation that may occur in the game. Every training is at a game speed and the excitement and passion that Coach Le and Leo bring to the trainings is amazing.

Rocco was training at ELLË Football Academy since its commencement in 2016. He had the opportunity to participate in the German Training Experience in 2017 and 2018. He has been selected to stay at the EFA partner Academy in Germany.
Rocco has been under our guidance way before the start of Elle Academy when we coached at the grass roots club level in Sydney and Rocco was just Under-9. Rocco showed a potential since a very young age, displaying a very strong leadership asset with him. Since a very young age, Rocco always knew that his goal was to play in Germany, the country where his mom Nina was born. One of Rocco’s main quality is the tactical awareness and always well positioned on the field. Always aiming very high, reflecting his passion and drive to chase his dream.

Elle Football academy teaches you every skill that may occur in the game, like 1v1, passing in movement, understanding and reading of space, and the basics foundation such as passing, shooting, controlling, and dribbling.
