Ellë Football Academy has partnered with an awesome German football academy, Deutsches Football International (“DFI”) which has a dedicated football training facility where you can live, breathe and train football with other talented youth players from across the globe.

CEO Deutsches Fussball Internat
The German football boarding school has its headquarters in Bad Aibling and is part of a 70-hectare parkland. The facility includes among other things a Diakonie, a school, a kindergarten, a café, boarding house and the B & O Parkhotel.
The recently renovated boarding house accommodates 85 boarders consisting of 9 quads, 3 triples, 24 double rooms (between 26 and 42 sqm in size). Students also have access to a subsistence and recreational area including 3 modern lounges in which players can relax and socialize. The facility includes television, pool table and table tennis table. The major highlight is the indoor football court (12 x 8 metres).
……ensuring the best training conditions are made available to players. In addition, the great sports hall incorporates a synthetic turf area for the training operations and is also available for recreational fun.
The in-house bistro has been designed to cater for the nutritional needs of boarders through the provision of an athlete’s breakfast, lunch and dinner, including drinks.
With these busy daily schedules there is limited time for boarders to relax! Players come from all over Germany, to DFI located at Bad Aibling, state of Bavaria, Germany. It’s the boarding house of the children and youth of the German Football community. The DFI mission statement “Here we aim to grow personalities based on the DFI values that exemplify our trainers, teachers and staff to the students.“
The Deutsches Fußball Internat is responsible for the football training, which includes:
• 8 weekly training sessions (individual or with the youth teams) with a coach of the academy.
• Tactical, technical and athletic work.
• Participation in friendly matches and observation/analysis of these matches.
• Kit equipment for every training session and game.
Accomadation, Organisation & Airport Transfer
The Deutsches Fußball Internat is responsible for accommodation and catering (full board) for all players staying at the academy. The accommodation will be in double, 3, 4 or 6 bedroom boarding house.
The Deutsches Fußball Internat gives assistance with legal formalities (healthcare insurance, etc.) and gives access to healthcare (physiotherapist and doctors). Group transfer are included from Munich Airport to Bad Aibling and return.
Language Lessons & Leisure Time
The Deutsches Fußball Internat is in responsible for language lessons and leisure time of the players, which includes:
• Intensive German lessons (6/10 hours a week)
• Individual assessment (regular assessment with the staff, assessment at the end)
• Cultural trips (visit to Munich, the Bavarian Alps, etc.)
• Visiting the Allianz Arena the home of Bayern Munich
• Other activities with the educational staff
Players will train 7 days a week and the schedule will be provided upon arrival.
Ellë Football Academy is responsible for the scouting and selecting of talented players for the opportunity to train at DFI Academy, Germany. Selected players will need to demonstrate a consistently superior football capability and outstanding core values in order to enable a seamless integration into the DFI training programme.
A player is only allowed to access the long-term internship once a short term internship is successfully completed. This gives the player the opportunity to learn the German culture, to participate in an intensive language course and to see if “life” at the academy is the right choice for him or her.
