Elle Football Academy Pty Limited (EFA) Holiday Camp Terms and Conditions
1.1 Camp
Elle Football Academy Pty Limited (EFA) reserves the right to change any of the Camp package details including locations, dates and starting or finishing times at any point in time.
EFA in its absolute discretion reserves the right to not accept a participant’s registration for camps.
1.2 Venue & Equipment
l Registrants must follow all directions from EFA coaches, staff and other official representatives in relation to treatment of camps venue(s), venue property and equipment. EFA will not be liable for any matters related to damage to camp venue, property and equipment and will pass on any incurred costs as a result of damage to the participant/s at fault.
1.3 Cancellation, Refunds and Credits
Once your registration is sent to EFA you cannot cancel your booking. Refunds and exchanges are allowed only as expressed in this policy.
In the circumstance that the camp is cancelled due to extreme weather or closed fields, fees will be credited to the next school holiday camp only. Please note that credits not used during the next school holiday period are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
3 day wet weather cancellation = $200 credit 2 day wet weather cancellation = $120 credit 1 day wet weather cancellation = $40 credit
Credits are not pro-rated if a camp is cancelled during the day. If there is more than one and a half hours play, no credits are applied. If there is less than one and a half hours play, a full day credit will be issued.
In the event that after a registration is received, the participant injures themselves or is unable to attend due to medical reasons, a medical certificate must be supplied to EFA covering the Camp dates. If this is supplied, the participant will be issued a credit to the following holiday period for the reciprocal time missed due to injury or illness.
EFA also reserves the right to cancel any registrations at any time if, in the academy’s opinion, a participant engages in disruptive behaviour which is deemed inappropriate (physically or emotionally), or conduct actually or likely to be harmful, to fellow participants, coaches, staff members or other related parties.
1.4 Privacy
EFA respects the privacy of the individuals on whom it collects, uses and discloses personal information. The personal information that EFA collects is used for the purpose of processing your registration and providing you with Football related information and offers from EFA.
1.5 Communications & Marketing
EFA will collect the email address of the primary contact of each participant and use this as a primary method to communicate key information prior to and after the camp. Given the operational nature of these communications, these communications cannot be opted out of, but they will cease no later than 1 week after the end of the selected Camp.
In addition, this contact may be added to EFA’s marketing database for future academy events. These communications can be opted out of at any time at the by emailing info@ellefootballacademy.com.au
1.6 Use of Images
EFA advises that photographic and film images of participants at each camp may be used for the purpose of promotion and marketing of EFA and future camps.
If you do not wish the participant to be used, you must provide your non approval in writing to EFA.
1.7 Liability of Injury
The participant and their parent/s or guardian/s agrees that by submitting their registration and participating in the Holiday Camps, they have voluntarily accepted the risks of physical injury, including serious injury such as permanent disability, paralysis or even death. The participant and their parent/s or guardian/s acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the camp with knowledge of the potential dangers and/or risks involved, whether those risks are known or unknown.
As a condition of being allowed to participate in the camp, the participant and their parent or guardian agree; (i) to release and hold harmless Elle Football Academy Pty Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, consultants and advisors from; and (ii) Elle Football Academy Pty Limited is not liable for costs or loss arising from, and incurred in connection with damage, loss, injury or death; except to the extent that is contributed by EFA in breach of these terms and conditions, contravention of the law, breach of duty, wrongful act or omission, negligence or default.
You also acknowledge that Elle Football Academy Pty Ltd does not have in place any personal accident insurance policy that would provide the participant with any compensation or benefits in the event of any participant being injured.
It is a condition of registration that all participants have private health insurance and ambulance cover as any injury or incident requiring medical assistance will result in additional expense to the participant or their parent.
1.8 Liability of personal items
EFA accepts no responsibility for personal items that are lost during the Camp. EFA reserve the right to discard of any unclaimed items after 10 business days.
1.9 Child Collection
Parents or guardians recognise that EFA will only allow participants to be collected at the end of a Holiday Camp by the primary or secondary contact nominated at the time of registration. The primary or secondary contact must nominate in writing and in advance any additional guardians that are allowed to collect the participant at the end of any day or total Camp. A nomination form can be requested in advance by emailing info@ellefootballacademy.com.au
Parents or guardians acknowledge that the primary, secondary or nominated contact needs to collect children no later than 15 minutes after the finishing time of the camp. If care is required for participants beyond 15 minutes after the designated time of conclusion, additional charges of $20 (including GST) per 15 minute interval or part thereof may be applied to the original payment method of booking to cover staffing expenses.
