ELLË GLOBAL ACADEMY - GERMANY - REGISTRATION FORM

The following questions need to be answered for the teachers and trainers. The information about your child are strictly confidential and are a part of the pupils file.

Elle Football Academy Pty Limited (“EFA”), its officers, employees and associates cannot be held responsible for any adjustments in pricing as a result of foreign currency movements, cost of airport transfers and the cancellation of the Ellë Global Academy program in full or in part due to inclement weather, natural disaster or other significant event.

However, prompt payment of EFA invoices within 24 hours of receipt will avoid any price increases due to foreign currency fluctuations. Foreign currency rates are supplied by CBA and are updated daily.

All payments are invoiced in Australian dollars (Euro converted using the relevant foreign currency cross rate ie EURO/AUD).

PAYMENT

Payment will be required on a 70% initial upfront payment with the remaining 30% to be paid within the last 6 months.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The preferred method of payment for your travel arrangements is by way of EFT or credit card.

PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS – Australian Passport Holders

A current passport with at least TWO (2) years validity from the date of your return is required for all international travel. We will need to sight your passport to record the details at some stage prior to departure. However, Visas and passport validity are at all times the full responsibility of the traveller.

CANCELLATION FEES

Please note that any monies received or commitments made by us are subject to our terms and conditions and Schedule of Fees. A cancellation fee will be payable if you cancel the players booking . The fee comprises:

• $100 administration fee, and
• if the cancellation is within 21 days of the commencement of the Ellë Global Academy program then 50% of the cost of the program is non refundable

Please ensure you consult your doctor or TMVC (Travellers Medical Vaccination Centre) for up to date requirements worldwide.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travellers Assistance Insurance protects you against the costs of unexpected illness, accidents, lost or stolen luggage or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure you have a valid travel insurance policy in place at the time of paying your deposit as EFA will not responsible for any travel related, medical or other costs of travellers.
